It was a rainy day here today. It felt good and calm.
I realized how much I missed rain.
I love coming home when it rains... Having a cup of tea or coffee... Reading my book...
And I love seeing snails crossing my path...
I brought one home with me today...
I showed him the book I was reading...
I asked him if he has ever heard of Elisabeth Tova Bailey?
???
I also told him the name of the book; The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating
???
Nope, no signs of interest!
He just looked...
Then I asked;
"Are you wild my friend and can I please hear you eating?"
"Are you wild my friend and can I please hear you eating?"
...
That same look on his face again...
Hmmm...
Oh well...
Come see me again not-so-wild buddy; another time when you feel chatty!
xo
